General:
- Cycle time approx. 7 seconds
- The line is currently configured for 4 x 4-inch substrates
- The substrate thickness can be adjusted
- The maximum thickness is 4 mm (from the specification of the screen printer)
- Handling 6 x 4-inch substrates (6 inches longitudinally) should be relatively easy to realize
- Handling 6 x 6-inch substrates should be possible with certain conversions
- Trading round substrates could be difficult
- The entire system is equipped with round belt transport and carbide guide rails
- This is an optimization for the handling of ceramic substrates
- Additional substrates can be inserted in the cleaning station, which are then processed in the line.
- Connection of the individual components via SMEMA interfaces
- All modules are individually configurable
- The language of the user interfaces of all modules is currently German, but can also be switched to English
Loader:
- The substrates can be removed from different magazine types (configurable)
- Has 4 magazine positions
- Stack module (only for line 12): As an alternative to trading from magazines, the substrates from a stack can be traded
- It is also possible to handle substrates with intermediate layers of airtight paper – but then the cycle time is reduced
Cleaning station:
- Cleaning by Airknife by blowing off with deionized air
- Subsequent cleaning by Teknek
-For this purpose, the substrate is unrolled with an adhesive roller
- The absorbed particles are then passed on to an adhesive roller
- There is support at the bottom, so that even very thin substrates can be traded
Screen printer:
- Screen size: min. 350 x 350 mm max. 584 x 740 mm
- Repeatability: ± 12.5 μm @ 6 sigma
- Squeegee speed: 10 to 300 mm/s
- Doctor blade pressure: 10 to 250 N
- Jump: 0.0 to 4 mm

- Probes for automatic determination of screen frame thickness
- Camera system High Resolution 10 μm / pixel for the detection of the smallest structures for alignment
- Screen and stencil printing is possible

Manual optical inspection:
- On request or after a specified number of substrates, a substrate is moved to an inspection position.
- Here you will find a Leica microscope that can be moved in the x and y directions for manual inspection
Unloader:
- Analogous to the loader, it is possible to trade in 4 differently configurable magazines
- The EKRA magazine is currently configured
